Awarded with 2 prices for innovative design, his feel of design is just unparalleled. Next to that, he also imagines and runs the technology integration of music live shows.

A curriculum that reads like a person about to retire, Thomas (25) is our master of development. Thomas previously contributed to planet internet, inbev, games portals, online communities. Thomas is not only our developer, he's our chief visionary for the platform architecture, always envisioning what may come next.

Former guitarist at Praga Khan and Lords of Acid, now turned producer of music talents. Erhan runs our studio, and takes care of our young artists. He not only produces, but also guides the entire mixing process and the interaction with other artists, mixers and studios. Takes care of Sonic & Angel, our 2 adopted cats.

You'll probably find him in front of numerous and oversized computerscreens designing and layouting. If not, he's eating some subsonic kickdrumsamples in the studio while doing electronic & urban music.

Bart Mandonx is A&R and labelmanager of Lektroland, our electronic division on Sonicangel. He's also general manager of Zounds were he had cultbands like The Neon Judgement (B), The Bollock Brothers (UK) , Red Zebra (B) in management and famous djs like Lifelike , Svenson, Mount Sims . he's working for more than 30 years in the scene and may be considered as "the éminence grise" of the electroscene.

Natalie Geradin is our new artist, repertoire & label manager for pop, rock and alternative music. Natalie builds upon an impressive track record in the music industry. She has been Press Officer with TMF and Promotion Manager at Antler Subway Records/EMI Music. After that she became responsible of International Repertoire at Universal Music, collaborating with the labels Polydor, Def Jam and Motown, launching top bands and artists such as Snow Patrol, Rihanna, The Killers, White Lies, Duffy, Ladyhawke, Buurman, Elbow, Kaiser Chiefs, La Roux among many others.
